T-Mobile ACL Rehab — Designing a 5G-Enabled, Self-Learning Rehabilitation System

Overview

What is CareLink?

CareLink is a 5G-enabled remote ACL rehabilitation system that supports at-home recovery through wearable motion sensors, real-time ML feedback, and clinician monitoring. It bridges the gap between in-clinic rehab and home recovery by improving exercise guidance, adherence, and clinician visibility.

My Role

Product / UX Designer

Owned the end-to-end UX architecture across patient and clinician experiences. Designed interaction flows and UI for both interfaces, focusing on hardware-cloud interaction patterns and adaptive feedback systems that respond to motion sensor data and ML-guided recommendations.
